Conference Hotels
You must register as an attendee for the 2009 Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) in order to receive access to make your hotel reservations at the conference rates posted below. 

Once your AMTC registration is submitted and processed by AMTC staff, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within which you will find your special code to make your hotel reservation.

There is no official host hotel this year in San Jose.  The majority of the AMTC events (i.e. Awards Banquet, MASH BASH) will be held at the Convention Center.  We have contracted rooms at the Hilton San Jose and San Jose Marriott (each of these are connected to the Convention Center), and the Fairmont San Jose (located a half block away from the Convention Center.)
