The Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) is coordinated by the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) in partnership with the Air Medical Physician Association (AMPA), the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA), the International Association of Flight & Critical Care Paramedics (IAFCCP), the National Association of Air Medical Communication Specialists (NAACS), and the National EMS Pilots Association (NEMSPA.)
AIRPORT
Seattle-Tac Airport is the airport that you will be arriving in to attend AMTC this year!
EVENTS
All events unless otherwise noted will be held in the Washington State Convention Center, Washington State Convention Center, 800 Convention Place - located in the heart of downtown Seattle.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Once AMTC staff has received your conference registration, you will be sent a special housing code with your confirmation that will allow you to book your accommodations at the special AMTC rate.

One Day Registration
WIth the exception of preconference events, partial registration for the AMTC is not available during the PRE-REGISTRATION period. Same day registration is available ON-SITE at the registration desk. That rate is $370/day.
Changes to Registration
Registrations can be transfered from one attendee to another as long as they are employed by the same organization. So if circumstances change you can always substitute/transfer to another attendee up until AMTC. Complete registration information coming soon...

Exhibit Hall Hours and Activities
The exhibit hall is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We have a complimentary Cyber Café located near the Registration area in the Convention Center during show hours.
ONSITE Program Guide
1. Association Meetings
Please check the entire schedule of events, or flip for meetings and events specific to any of the partner associations (AAMS, AMPA, ASTNA, IAFCCP, NAACS and NEMSPA).
2. CEU Information
You can gain up to 6.5 hours per day. For CEU instructions, check your Onsite Program Guide, or look for our frequently asked questions sign to see where to find more information. Pick up your CEU Form in the registration area. This form will also function as your Certificate. Please deposit your completed forms in the CEU drop boxes provided. Don’t forget to keep a copy for your records.
3. Education Sessions
Flip through the Onsite Program Guide, taking care to stop at the pages for theEducation session 'grid.' This is your Day-at-a-Glance guide to the education sessions. You will see the sessions are listed with a number (e.g. 123). Use the session code on the grid to flip through the book to locate the corresponding session description and speaker info. The room number is also listed on the grid following the speaker name.
4. Location Codes
All Events except where specifically noted will be held at the Washington State Convention Center, 800 Convention Place, Seattle, WA 98101-2350.
5. Speaker Index
If you are looking for a specific speaker, flip to the back of the Onsite Program Guide to the speaker index. Speakers are listed in alphabetical order, by last name. The listings also show the session number, day and time. Use the session code listed to flip to the corresponding page in your Onsite Program Guide.

Ribbons
You will notice people walking around with colored ribbons attached to the bottom of their name badges. These are for folks who volunteer for AAMS and the Foundation in different capacities. These can be found on a table along with the ribbons in the Registration area for you to help yourself after you check-in.
In Case of Emergency
If you experience a situation where emergency care is required, please locate a phone and dial 911. There are also several people walking around the education sessions and meeting rooms that you can call on for assistance. The AAMS Staff , the Convention Center security staff, and the Audio-Visual staff are typically on radio, and can quickly locate help when asked.
